Loyang Tua Pek Kong Temple

In a time of conflict fuelled by differences in religion, Singapore remains unique in that faiths co-exist in harmony. What you may not know is the extent that this is true here. Not only can you find places of worship beside each other, the Loyang Tua Pek Kong temple houses Hindu, Buddhists and Taoist deities and a Muslim kramat (shrine) under one old roof. Hundreds of Singaporeans visit this temple regularly to pray for peace and prosperity and it is open 24 hours everyday.
