Joker and Pei Ling should get a life. Petty stuff from both of them that doesn’t deserve space or time here. Nice review. Enjoyed it and the movie. Red Cliff was better, but ancient history (Eastern or Western) is a wonderful place in which to find stories. Legend, myth, or real — it doesn’t really matter. As epic stories about leadership and friendship, there is much scope here. Cheers.

By the way, the Mulan legend IS a legend – there is no expert-agreed consensus among historians that Mulan did exist.
