The UrbanWire attended the ION Orchard Gala Dinner held to mark the retail centre’s official opening. Big names like talented singer-songwriter Wang Lee Hom, model Gaile Lai, MTV VJ Utt, and local actress Michelle Chia graced the red carpet just a few hours ago.

Gaile Lai appeared in a Valentino dress from the latest collection and answered questions about her married life with husband, Leon Lai, one of Hong Kong’s heavenly kings.

Dressed in a Burberry suit, Wang Lee Hom talked briefly to the media about Big Soldier, Small General, a movie in which he stars alongside action film legend Jackie Chan.
